Based on that initial meeting, we work directly with you to select a lot based on the demands of your and your family. We understand that location will play an important role in your long term satisfaction with the home. So we consider lot selection to be one of the most important elements of the entire building process.
Your priorities become ours.
Armed with the knowledge we gain in our initial consultation, our expert home architect team begins designing and laying out your home, accounting for every detail that you've identified as a priority. With our design in hand, we meet with you again to present the blueprints and discuss the variables. If there are details that you're unsure of or haven't yet considered, we'll work with you to choose the options that will serve your original vision for the home and your budget.
We are in the business of quality.
Once the selections are made and the design is approved, we put together the numbers. Aiello Homes has a "no hidden charges" policy. The numbers you're quoted up front will be the numbers you see at closing. If you change your mind about something along the way, the numbers are adjusted and approved by you before we proceed with the changes. We're in business to provide honest quality craftsmanship and build a relationship with you that we both can be proud of.

Once we've agreed on the details of the design, you remain active in the project as we proceed with the building process. The entire process will be explained to you as it unfolds. Tony Aiello

I spend most of my time working in the field. I'm a lot more comfortable on the job site than in an office. I fell in love with the trade of carpentry at an early age. After carpentry school, I worked for a number of other builders before starting Aiello Homes with Rhonda. In our company, my days are spent gathering bids, managing projects on site, meeting with new and potential customers, and getting to know my current customers with regular contact and updates throughout the design-build process. Aiello Homes was founded on my passion for quality home craftsmanship.

Rhonda Aiello

I run the business side of Aiello Homes. While Tony is in the field, I'm behind the scenes managing the office and the day-to-day operations. I handle all of the permits and financing duties for Aiello Homes. I also serve our buyers as a selections manager. I help them make detail decisions, like choosing the right hardware to complement their kitchen cabinets. I also decorate the company's display homes when we open up a new community. Tony and Rhonda have built such a good relationship with customers over the years that they've chosen to make them their neighbors. The couple lives in the Creekside Place community with their 2 daughters.
